"Some things are not so easy to look at, & for many, death is certainly high on the list. The idea of death, & especially our own, or of those close to us, is often shrouded in fear, with much time and effort dedicated to keeping it locked in the closet, out of site. Supposedly, out of sight, out of mind, but as with any emotional state & especially fear, this is far from the truth. Whenever we attempt to lock away emotions, our quality of life is compromised in some way. Learning to be aware of emotions that hinder us & then to work on releasing them is healing work. Emotions are pure energy, some being more highly charged than others, and certainly fear of death falls into this category for most of us.  In addition, when we are about to lose a loved one, we also experience our own mortality & for those of us who have not done our own personal preparation, this can be an extremely stressful & challenging time.  This experience then takes away from our responsibility of giving to our loved one at this time of great need."............Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht

This program is designed for individuals who are in anticipatory grief, or in the grieving process following the loss of a loved one.  Specific images are presented for releasing emotions, as well as relaxing the body.

As we learn to transmute emotional energy during our releasing work, we can then attach it to other worthwhile goal pictures such as healthy life review, enjoyment & appreciation of relationships, gratitude & other emotional states that produce comforting & healing hormones.

Often fear of death begins early in life, especially if a parent or close relative died. It is closely tied to other emotional states, most of them fear-related as well. The longer these fears are kept locked in the closet, the more powerful and controlling they become. The actual fear of death, with it’s emotional partners, is very different from the idea of death, and as we learn to diminish the fears, the idea of death can become beautifully enhanced and powerful. We find we can have full control over the idea of death, and actually design it to suit ourselves, like the director of any production.

This audio includes deep relaxation, entry tools to the subconscious mind, imagery designed specifically for pain, symptom & emotion modification & lifestyle change, as well as Interactive Self-hypnosis © practice.

Note: All programs produced by International Medical & Health Writers, Ltd. are written & recorded by Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht.  Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it's own induction.  All programs include directions for listening & other important information.

Pete was born in Warrington to an Irish mother and an English father and spent happy summer holidays in Cork. Years later, reflecting on the many places he has visited as a travel broadcaster, Pete admits that he feels more at home in Ireland than anywhere. To find out whether this is due to rose-coloured spectacles or to a deeper tie with the country of his ancestors, Pete sets off on a trip around Ireland and discovers that it has changed in surprising ways.
